Steps for PC:

-Extract the file

-Go to https://www.marcrobledo.com/RomPatcher.js/

-Put your Pokemon Emerald ROM in the ROM file section

-Put the .ups patch in the patch file section

Enjoy! Previous save files will work if you rename the save to the ROM file, however as this demo is unfinished it is recommended to start fresh, you may even like new pokemon you didn't previously <3
