Steps for PC:
-Extract the file
-Go to https://www.marcrobledo.com/RomPatcher.js/
-Put your Pokemon Emerald ROM in the ROM file section
-Put the .ups patch in the patch file section
Enjoy! Previous save files will work if you rename the save to the ROM file
Future updates will be focused on Pokemon sprites/updating some sprites that might not be up to par, as well as making some unobtainable pokemon, obtainable.
