雑記
11月は殆ど風邪でぶっ倒れてました。少し良くなってもすぐぶり返したりの繰り返しでした。
どうやら特定の薬にアレルギーがあるっぽくて、風邪薬を飲んでたら悪化し続けたので、薬に疑いを持っていっそ断薬してみたらどんどん快復してきたという・・・
一時期は買い物の往復で命懸けのレベルでした。帰り道でどこかに座って呼吸を落ち着けたいと何度も思ってました。
今は8割くらい回復してきたのでようやく作業に掛かれそうです。

PS.
I was sick most of November with a cold. I was sick most of the month of November, and even when I got better, it came back soon after.
My guess is that I may be allergic to certain medications. I kept getting worse after taking cold medications, and when I stopped taking those medications, I started to recover a little.
At one point, I was risking my life just to go shopping and back. I often wished I could sit somewhere on the way home and calm my breathing.
Now I'm about 80% recovered, so I can finally get to work.
