I just implemented a huge MomoTalk update and want to see how it goes!
Previously, everyone had to wait until their MomoTalk was sent to them. This could take around 1 week for everyone to receive it, which is really annoying. The reason I had to do it that way is because Discord would ban the bot for “spam”, so the only workaround was sending MomoTalks out slowly over time (I even contacted Discord support, but they couldn’t help).
So here’s the experimental fix I’m introducing:
Now you can DM the “Deyui Notifications” bot and type /momotalks. This will show you all the MomoTalks you already own, as well as any new MomoTalks that haven’t been sent to you yet!
Please be careful: for MomoTalks that haven’t been sent to you yet, you’ll still need to DM the character bot directly and type /momotalks, the “Deyui Notifications” bot won’t work for those.
The hope is that if you message the bot first and the bot replies, then even if it sends many DMs, it won’t be counted as spam, because the user initiated the DM first, instead of the bot messaging users first. This should bypass the spam detection… but it’s just a hypothesis, and the bot might still get banned.
This should also solve the problem of wanting a neat overview of all MomoTalks in chronological order, and it’ll make it easier if you want to experience a MomoTalk again!
There’s also a chance the bots could get banned if everyone overuses this feature, so if you suddenly see bots missing or issues happening… you’ll know what happened LOL

たった今、MomoTalkにかなり大きなアップデートを実装しました！まずは様子を見ながら、どんな感じになるか試してみたいです！
これまでは、みんながMomoTalkを送られてくるまで待たないといけませんでした。全員に届くまでだいたい1週間くらいかかることもあって、正直かなり面倒でした…。
こうしていた理由は、Discord側が「スパム」と判断してボットをBANしてしまうためで、回避するには超ゆっくりペースで順番に送るしかなかったんです（Discordサポートにも連絡しましたが、解決できませんでした）。
そこで今回導入する実験的な修正がこちらです：
今後は 「Deyui Notifications」ボット にDMして、チャットで /momotalks と入力してください。すると、あなたが所持しているMomoTalk一覧と、まだ送られてきていない新しいMomoTalkも確認できます！
注意： まだ送られてきていないMomoTalkについては、これまで通り キャラボット に直接DMして /momotalks を入力する必要があります。その場合は 「Deyui Notifications」ボットでは利用できません。
狙いとしては、ユーザー側が先にボットへDMしてボットが返信した場合、その後にボットがたくさんDMを送ってもスパム扱いされにくいのでは…というものです。
つまり「ボットが先にユーザーへDMする」のではなく「ユーザーが先にボットへDMする」形にすることで、スパム検知を回避できるかもしれません。
ただし、これはあくまで仮説なので、普通にBANされる可能性もあります…！
また、これでMomoTalkを時系列でキレイに一覧表示できるようになって、もう一度読み返したい時にも便利になるはずです！
ただ、みんながこの機能を使いすぎるとボットがまとめてBANされる可能性もあるので、もしボットが消えたり不具合が出たら…「あっ…」って察して下さい LOL

방금 MomoTalk에 큰 업데이트를 적용했고, 이게 어떻게 돌아가는지 한 번 실험해보려고 해요!
예전에는 모두가 MomoTalk을 “전송받을 때까지” 기다려야 했어요. 전원이 받기까지 약 1주일 정도 걸리기도 해서 진짜 불편했죠.
이렇게 했던 이유는 Discord가 봇을 “스팸”으로 판단해서 밴을 때릴 수 있었기 때문이에요. 그래서 MomoTalk을 아주 천천히, 조금씩 나눠 보내는 방식으로만 우회할 수 있었어요(Discord 지원팀에도 연락해봤지만 도움을 못 받았습니다).
그래서 이번에 제가 도입한 실험적인 해결책은 이거예요:
이제 “Deyui Notifications” 봇에게 DM을 보내고, 채팅에 /momotalks 를 입력하면 됩니다. 그러면 내가 이미 보유한 MomoTalk 목록과, 아직 나에게 전송되지 않은 새로운 MomoTalk들도 확인할 수 있어요!
주의해 주세요: 아직 전송되지 않은 MomoTalk의 경우에는, 여전히 캐릭터 봇에게 직접 DM을 보내서 /momotalks 를 입력해야 해요. 이 경우 “Deyui Notifications” 봇은 작동하지 않습니다.
제가 기대하는 건, 사용자가 먼저 봇에게 DM을 보내고 봇이 응답한 상태라면, 그 이후 봇이 여러 DM을 보내더라도 스팸으로 덜 잡히지 않을까 하는 거예요.
즉 봇이 먼저 유저에게 DM을 보내는 게 아니라, 유저가 먼저 봇에게 DM을 보내는 형태라서 스팸 감지를 우회할 수 있을지도 모릅니다.
다만 이건 어디까지나 가설이고… 여전히 봇이 밴될 가능성도 있어요.
또한 이 기능 덕분에 MomoTalk을 연대기/시간순으로 깔끔하게 한눈에 볼 수 있고, 다시 보고 싶을 때도 훨씬 편해질 거예요!
하지만 다들 이 기능을 너무 많이 쓰면 봇들이 한꺼번에 밴될 수도 있으니… 갑자기 봇이 사라지거나 문제가 생기면 “아… 그랬구나” 하고 알아주세요 LOL
