Orcs cut off their prey's limbs to eat and hang the limbless bodies up, using the corpses like punching bags to blow off steam. It's like exercise for them.
They also use these hung bodies as sex toys. When they get hungry, they just bring the corpses down and eat them. Orcs don't waste anything. they make full use of their victims!
