Featuring “ Neo from RWBY” . Winner of the secondary poll for this month.
It took me forever to come up with any idea for this character … and I had to make the pic twice since I wasn’t satisfied with the first version.
I made the dialog intentionally vague so it could fit either Roman or Cinder.
