先週から、Fanboxの公開投稿すべてに、悪質なボットによるスパムメッセージが大量に投稿されています。最初は私だけの問題かと思っていましたが、プラットフォーム上のすべてのクリエイターに影響が出ているようです。
これらのボットは、「Fanbox.cc」「Fanbox official」「Fanbox」「Fanbox help」「Fanbox_」など、多数のユーザー名を使ってFanboxの公式アカウントになりすましています。
過去3日間、私の公開投稿のほとんどにスパムコメントが投稿されたため、すべてのコメントを手動で削除せざるを得ませんでした。もちろん、Fanboxサポートにも連絡して問題解決を依頼しました。
Fanboxがこれらのボットへの対策を講じるまでの間、公開投稿へのコメントを制限せざるを得ませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。
これらのメッセージは無視し、リンクをクリックしないようにしてください。どのクリエイターのサイトであっても、これらのコメントを見かけた場合は、Fanboxが迅速に対応できるよう、報告をお願いします。

Since last week, some scam bots have been spamming messages on all of Fanbox's public posts. At first, I thought it was only affecting me, but it seems to be affecting all creators on the platform.
These bots are impersonating an official Fanbox account using usernames like "Fanbox.cc," "Fanbox official," "Fanbox," "Fanbox help," "Fanbox_," and many others.
I had to manually delete all comments for the past three days because they've been spamming almost all of my public posts, and of course, I contacted Fanbox support to resolve the issue.
While they take action against these bots, I'll have to limit comments on public posts, so I apologize in advance.
I also recommend that you ignore these messages and don't click on any links. Regardless of the creator's site where you see these comments, if you see any, please report them so Fanbox can take action quickly.
