名作ゴールデンカムイ、この漫画を知ったのは作業通話だった☺️
10年前、毎日のように作業通話をする友人がいて
「面白い漫画ない？」と聞いてみた所ゴールデンカムイをお勧めされました。
内容を聞くと「北海道で元軍人とアイヌ少女が金塊を探す話」とのこと
それ面白いの(´ﾟдﾟ｀)？？ってなったけど
モフモフ狼が出るよの言葉に釣られ、渋谷のブックオフに行くついでに探してみた。
当時は今のように試し読みとかなかったし、人に勧められたまま買って失敗することがよくあったから、まずブックオフで内容を確認してから買うようにしていた。
まんだらけに2冊あって内容わからんけど購入
こんな面白い漫画読んだの久しぶり！( ^)o(^ )
って興奮したのを今もよく覚えてる。
それからすぐ3､4巻もツタヤで購入
やたら複雑な設定、詳しすぎるアイヌ文化…
次々登場する変態達…増え続ける魅力的なオッサン
自分にはぜーーーーったいに描けないタイプの漫画。
会社辞めて厳しい時期だったけどゴールデンカムイの新刊はずっと買ってた。
3年前に処分しちゃったけど、また手元に欲しいなって気持ちになって少しずつ集め直してる。
あの内容で週刊連載してたんだもんな…すごすぎて意味が分からない🤤

The masterpiece Golden Kamuy—I discovered this manga during a work call ☺️
Ten years ago, I had a friend I'd call almost daily for work
When I asked, ‘Any interesting manga?’ they recommended Golden Kamuy.
When I asked what it was about, they said, ‘It's about a former soldier and an Ainu girl searching for gold bars in Hokkaido.’
‘That sounds interesting?!’ I thought, but
lured by the promise of fluffy wolves, I popped into Book Off in Shibuya to look for it while I was out.
Back then, there weren't trial reads like there are now, and I often bought things on recommendation only to regret it, so I made a habit of checking the contents at Book Off first.
Found two volumes at Mandarake, bought them without knowing the content.
It's been ages since I read such an interesting manga! ( ^)o(^ )
I still vividly remember how excited I was.
Then immediately bought volumes 3 and 4 at Tsutaya.
The ridiculously complex setting, the overly detailed Ainu culture...
The perverts appearing one after another... The ever-growing cast of charming old blokes.
It's absolutely the kind of manga I could never draw myself.
Even during that tough period after quitting my job, I kept buying every new volume of Golden Kamuy.
I got rid of them three years ago, but now I'm gradually collecting them again because I want them back.
To think it was serialised weekly with that content... It's so incredible it's beyond comprehension 🤤
