ようやく完成させることができて、ホッとしてます。
手の痛みに関してはある程度のところで安定してます。
しかし、それとは別に２週間くらい前に帯状疱疹（胴巻き）になってしまいました。
主に左足を中心に症状が出ました。
赤い湿疹が出て、見た目は酷い状態でしたが、特に痛み痒みなどもなく今は治まりつつあります。
ただ、膝から足の付け根の間で痛みが酷く、歩くのがつらいのと、椅子に長時間座れなかったり、夜寝ている時も何度も目が覚めてしまったり・・・という状態が今も続いてます。
あと胸の下から下腹部にかけてヒリヒリとした火傷のような痛みがあり、僅かに服が擦れるだけでもツライです。
人によってはこういった痛みが数ヵ月続くとかあるらしいです。
早く治ってくれるといいのですが・・・（T□T）

I got a red rash. It looked terrible, but it didn't hurt or itch, and now it's healing a lot.
However, the pain in my knees, thighs, and groin is so severe that it is difficult to walk, I can't sit in a chair for a long time, and I wake up several times when I go to bed. Such a situation continues even now.
In addition, there is a burning pain in a wide area from under the chest to the lower abdomen.
Even if your clothes get a little rubbed, it's painful.
Such pain may last for weeks to months.
