Fixed all old NPCs and added NPCs from the new region. Compared to ZZZ and WuWa, HSR has relatively fewer NPC types (the different skin tones you see are randomly generated), so the maintenance cost is much lower. Therefore, it will not be placed in the SP tier.

Known Issues:
● Textures may occasionally glitch on the new maps. I’ve done my best to fix this, but it still can’t be fully resolved, and I don’t have the energy to continue researching it further.
● Users with low VRAM may experience mod issues. If you are one of these users and encounter such problems, I usually won’t be able to fix them for you directly.
