Tom and Nina from "The Promised Neverland."
Ever since the group of escapees fled Grace Field, Tom and Nina both were acting strange to their "caretakers" as if they were aware of something, so to heighten their chances of finding back the kids that escaped, they would immediately bring Tom and Nina to the farm basement where they would undergo severe tickle torture until they have a glimpse of information. Although the kids wouldn't actually be aware of anything themselves as they were observing another one of those who stayed, so since they can't provide any answer to their torturers, they would have to keep enduring the tickling, pleading and begging with all their might in vain, as their Ticklers are certain they're hiding something...
