The Doctor (Story)
I don't want to give too much away, but I think you can guess that Ethan is in a very realistic hynosis session. It's happening in his mind, but everything feels real. The pain is just like his bones are really being broken.
Of course, it won't stop at this giantess story. Ethan will experience more sessions after this. But I can tell you one thing:
In all of them Ethan will be in a really miserable situation.
This much I can reveal. At the next session Ethan will be beaten up ;)
