Shani is a friend of Anyssa, at the Whisperwind institute. Like Anyssa, she's an atypical: a rare Nymph. Shani has been cast out at a young age from her Nymphs community, and by a twist of fate found herself at the Whisperwind institute, training to become a priestess of Melariel.
