The frog was a silent predator.
カエルは静かな捕食者だった。
Shigure stumbled through the dense woods, her breath short and anxious. "Maybe it's this way..." she whispered, her voice shaky. She never saw the giant frog that has been silently following her for minutes.
しぐれは鬱蒼とした森の中をよろめきながら進んでいた。息が短く、胸がざわついていた。「この方向かも……」と彼女は震える声で囁いた。数分前から静かに自分を追っていた巨大なカエルの存在に、彼女は気づいていなかった。
Without warning, its long tongue shot forward like a whip. The sticky length wrapped tightly around her face, sealing her mouth shut. She tried to scream, but the sound came out as nothing more than a muffled whimper. Her hands claw frantically at the slick tongue, but her fingers slipped uselessly against its surface.
突然、長いた舌が鞭のように飛んできた。粘つく舌は彼女の顔にぴったりと巻きつき、口を完全に塞いだ。叫ぼうとしたが、声はくぐもった弱い喘ぎにしかならなかった。彼女は必死に手を伸ばし、ぬるぬるとした舌を引っ掻いたが、指は表面を滑るだけで何の役にも立たなかった。
With a yank, Shigure was jerked backwards off her feet, dragged helplessly across the ground towards the creature's maw. She kicked wildly, her slender legs thrashing in the air as the frog started swallowing her in slow, relentless gulps.
勢いよく引き寄せられ、しぐれは足を浮かせた状態で後ろに引き倒され、地面を無力に引きずられながらカエルの口へと近づいていった。彼女は激しく足をばたつかせ、細い脚を空中で暴れさせたが、カエルはゆっくりと、容赦のない飲み込み動作を始めた。

It's been a while since I did something this long. And it's been long since Shigure appeared, I think! I want to have her be eaten more. I'm still trying to motivate myself, so I'm sorry for the infrequent posts.
久しぶりにこんな長いものを書きました。しぐれちゃんもだいぶ久しぶりの登場だと思います！ もっと彼女を食べられるシーンにしたいなと思っています。まだモチベーションを上げている最中なので、投稿が不定期になってしまってごめんなさい。
