DESCRIPTION
Comment the characters to add to the next poll~
1. You can suggest characters that didn't participated last month, but are allowed to suggest characters from two months ago or before.
2. Winner characters can't participate again until a year has passed.
3. If a character has lost more than 4 times in a poll it will get a chance to get into a randomized pick for a drawing at the end of the year, but it won't be allowed to participate again in a year.
