tl;dr I'm planning to change the way I post stuff everywhere, and I'm planning to change the supporters plans. If you want more details about the plans go to the UPDATE part in this post.
APOLOGY
I don't need to point out the obvious to everyone, I have neglected Fanbox a lot. I took Chocomilk as a hobby, something I can do occasionally and didn't bother to change or improve anything, but things change and just now I've noticed how much they've changed.
I have this tradition with a friend of drawing each others pfp for our birthday and this year I've noticed how much my friend improved and the effort he put into what he gave me, on the contrary what I gave him was just average, something I knew I could and should've done better. This made me think that I haven't done anything to improve my art, I just worked as a machine doing whatever people wanted me to do without question. This was reflected here, I didn't do anything to justify people giving me their hard-earned money, I've been giving very little while you guys gave me a lot, for this I want to say that I'm sorry.
PROMISE
As I said before, I haven't put all my effort so far, I've compared myself to other artists out there and most if not all have improved a lot compared to me in the same amount of time, I've forgoten to study, to learn, to try new things. I made Chocomilk as a way to better my art and as an outlet for whatever my fucked-up imagination comes up with.
Because of all I've said so far I will make a promise to you and to myself, I will draw more but not as I've been doing all this time, I wanna get out of my comfort zone, I want to learn new things, I want to interact more with you all, I want to justify everything you've given me, not only because you all deserve better art from me but also because I'm very selfish and I want to become an amazing and popular artist. You all deserve better and will give you better.
UPDATE
Posts and socials: I will post more WIPs everywhere except Fanbox and Pixiv (only finished works for those 2) the only thing that will vary will be the censorship, I will only post uncensored stuff in both Baarag and the NSFW twitter account.
Commissions and requests: I will make a price sheet for commissions and feature it on Pixiv. I will also limit the amount of commissions I take every month, that way I can use my time better on different things.
New content and stuff: This could be the hardest one for me to accomplish, I'm going to post more of the process of stuff I make for practice or Fanbox. I want to grab silly comments or ideas and try and draw them, try harder at making and FINISHING manga, and I want to start streaming stuff I'm working on.
FANBOX plans: This is very important and I want you guys to give me your input on this, whether you think it is good, bad, needs changes or you want to add something.
I want to get rid of the 200 JPY plan and add a 1000 JPY plan, the new plans will work like this:
>500 JPY plan: You will get 1 exclusive finish work each month of something I used to practice, it could be something I came up with, or something someone suggested in the comments whatever it is, I'll use your idea to practice a tecnice, style, maybe a 1 page manga or a small animation at the end I'll chose what I'm gonna do.
>1000 JPY plan: For this one you guys will chose what you want, animation, manga, a collection of illustrations, maybe requests, I'll put limits of course and depending on how big the project is it may take 2 months (as I said before I'll put all my effort into finishing stuff on time, but just in case...) you guys will vote for what you want me to do in those comments.
I believe this is good but if you guys have any ideas please let me know, at the end it's your money and you decide what you wanna get from it.
ADDENDUM
I'm not a great writer; I can't put the stuff in my head into words as well as I wanted to. but I'll tell you something, I love drawing, and even if tomorrow I couldn't make any money from this, I will keep drawing because I always wanted to become an artist, and I APPRECIATE YOU ALL for still believing in me.
