DESCRIPTION
It's an underwater performance frequently performed by the Cerulean
Water Gym Leader. Get inside the shell, pretend to yawn and take a
nap while closing the shell inside. Then replenish her stale breath with
the stashed rebreather inside after minutes of strenuous swimming and breath holding, then after 30 seconds of being inside the shell, open
the shell and wave to the happy audience outside the aquarium. Pretty
simple.
"Pshht...Pshhhtt...Mgghh!?"
The rebreather supplied only a trickle of usable air before offering no
more reprieve for Misty's burning lungs. To make matters worse, Misty
tried to push open the shell but no matter how much force she exerted, the shell is locked in place from the inside. Faced with dwindling
options and no pokemon to help her, Misty can only bang on the shell
to attract attention from staff or the audience before she finds out
firsthand how a mermaid breathe water for real.
