This a little re imagening of Kaori Miyazono's surgery, from Your Lie in April. I did this a while ago just for fun and didn't feel comfortable putting it out since:
A: It felt a little strange to just shamelessly butcher a great show xD
B: The Kaori model I used isn't originally by me.
C: It's not perfect.
But sitting on it, I thought it would be a little too sad not to show anyone...
