Eternal Realms Arc 5 - Oh No! The Demon Noshitamish is a Masochist! Pages 9-12

We’ve explored tentacle elements before, but I don’t think they’ve ever taken center stage like they do in this arc. It’s been a lot of fun leaning into that idea, especially since the Mind Weaver never struck me as someone who would approach things in a conventional way, so to speak.

The tentacles themselves have proved to be amazing for tease and denial as you will see in the remainder of the comic. Definitely something worth revisiting in the future.

これまでにも触手要素は取り上げてきましたが、今回のストーリー展開ほど中心的な役割を果たしたことはなかったと思います。特にマインドウィーバーは、いわゆる常識的なやり方で物事に取り組むような人物ではないと感じていたので、このアイデアを掘り下げていくのはとても楽しかったです。

触手自体は、読者を焦らしたり、拒絶したりするのに最適であることが、このコミックの残りの部分で明らかになるでしょう。間違いなく、今後も再登場させる価値のある要素です。
