The other day, I received a message from someone living overseas saying:
“I support your work and want to support you through your membership site, but there’s no payment method available from my country, so I’m having trouble. I hope you can find a solution.”
I was really happy to hear that someone wanted to support me that much, but honestly, this wasn’t something I had seriously thought about before. I assumed that posting English content on FANBOX would be enough for overseas fans.
I occasionally post English versions of my articles on FANBOX, but does this mean that many people can’t even access those?
Should I start a Patreon?
If there are people who would enjoy it and be happy about it, I’m willing to consider starting one.
