Game development
I’ve been writing (and implementing) Aislinne’s “max anger” fail-state into the upcoming build! Got the first (rough) draft done last Friday and I’m not displeased by the result! Though it needed a good second pass; which I’ve done this morning, also having implemented about 50% of the whole rubbery ordeal into the game.
And quite the ordeal it will be for Kathleen, as (like with the other “max anger” fail-states) this one will be one of the more “darker” bad ends in the game: As Aislinne doesn’t take nice to those who bore her, and especially not the people who promise her an “amusing time” but fail to deliver upon that... For example by losing all of their “lives” while running through her playground.
However luckily even “trash” can be of some use, and even boring people can still make for some great “torment toys”. As to what that exactly means...well, I’ll let you folks discover that on your own in V0.33.1. >;3
Goal for the coming (first) part of the week is wrapping up the implementation of the “max anger” fail-state, and right after that I’ll be tackling the writing (and implementation) of the “max interest” fail-state. Which will serve as the “good” bad ending of Ais’ playground. 💪

First in-game teasers of the upcoming V0.33.1 build today! Galactus-sized Aislinnes, t(h)reats of squeaky imminent doom and Kathleen desperately trying to escape her fate... Yeah, getting the “max anger” fail-state is going to be one hell of an ordeal for Kathleen. 👀
