Game development
I’ve started pre-development on the next build; tackling the S.O.P.H.I.A. side-quest first: Just like with Goddess in the desert VR-world I’ve always intended S.O.P.H.I.A. to have her own little side-quest as well. Which (like with Goddess) is basically an optional side-quest that will give Kathleen a(nother) advantage in the VR-world’s gear-wise.
However (also like with Goddess’ quest) this advantage will not come easy! As to get it Kathleen will need to dive deep into the factory; into an area containing a certain dangerous (mini-boss) enemy even S.O.P.H.I.A. herself doesn’t completely control... I’m sure that Kathleen will manage fine though; and definitely NOT find herself on another assembly-style bad end.😏 >;3
I don’t want to spoil it more than that (or at least not yet); but I’ll be tackling the design of the new mini-boss enemy this week, together with setting up its battle images. Expect some teasers this Wednesday! 💪

Side project: Best Friends Forever!
And on the side-project side of things: I’ve finished up the last images of the second chapter, now starting with writing! Not a lot to tell (yap about) on this front; expect that all the images are done and I’m now starting with the writing part. All-in-all I’ve got 57 base images for it (excluding side view images and the like), and although I don’t want to spoil too much of it; I think those who like a glance at the “inner workings” of the ball and gas-masks will hopefully enjoy this chapter. ;3
