Good evening ya’ll, Scriptor here with the latest dev newsssssssssssss!
Game development:
I’ve finished up implementing the “rubber iron maiden” fail-state into the game! I’ve written (and implemented) the entire “rubber iron maiden” bad end into the game, though I still need to make the (short) hook from the convent to the actual bad end itself. Triggering the bad end will be pretty easy, as an attempted revisit to the convent sees Kathleen trying to negotiate with the Abbess Superior and the nuns about keeping their secret... to less than favorable results. Playing with fire and all of that. 😏😉
Anyhow making that hook should be done in a jiffy though; so I’ll be tackling that either before or after writing (and implementing) the assembly-line bad end for SOPHIA’s side quest: Which is what’s on the schedule for tomorrow and Friday. It’s the big one of the two upcoming bad ends so I’m hoping that I can really hit the groove while writing it. As I’d like to have it implemented (completely) before this week rolls over. 💪
Oh and I’ve also made the “agent drone” sprites for the upcoming SOPHIA’s side quest mini-boss last Monday; pretty happy with how those turned out as well! 😎
