We do not know the reason for this, but it seems that the paid plan for the fan tier has become "not accepting applications" immediately after its creation, and membership is not available.　We are very sorry, but we will look into the cause and issue a free ticket code again when we are able to start accepting applications. We have only just started using Fantasia and there is a lot we don't know, so any information you know would be greatly appreciated!
