DESCRIPTION
Commission Synopsis: Garcia, the young head of Lovelace family, is in a meeting with Balalaika, a head branch of the Russian mob called Hotel Moscow, discussing a collaboration between their two groups. Garcia wants the Lovelace to establish themselves in Roanapur and they want to do it on her turf with full support. This however pisses Balalaika off especially after the mess that was made solely because of one of their own. Seeing that Balalaika is uncooperative, Garcia decides on a different approach to convince her...
