"Deep beneath forgotten ruins, Frieren and Fern uncover an ancient chest hidden behind the walls of a silent cave. What begins as harmless curiosity quickly turns into a waking nightmare as the mimic inside reveals itself to be something far older and far more horrifying than an ordinary monster. After dragging them into a living prison beyond space and time, the creature begins feeding endlessly on their mana while using cruel, relentless methods to ensure neither mage can cast a single spell. As the days blur together, Frieren slowly realizes the mimic has no intention of ever letting them go."

I've decided to take a short break from the Hunter Sequel to work on a quick side project for a month or two. This will be a 5 or 6 page long comic with a small script to go along with it, suggested by my supporters on Patreon :)
