The Exclusive scene is "only one part" of the many parts of the long scene, with higher quality, and exclusive for some supporters.
The requirement is secret, and very few supporters have reached the requirement. I will not answer any questions about it. If you receive the scene, congratulations, you are the chosen one. When you have the authority to receive the Scene, you can also lose it.
This new feature will be available in the next Blue Archive scene, but the release date is still unknown, Please stay tuned.
