[PIXIV MESSAGE ISSUE] CURRENTLY CAN'T SEND ANY MESSAGES TO ANYBODY DUE TO PIXIV MESSAGE ERROR!

Whenever I try to send message I get this error "You can't submit this comment".

It happened me before and I sent message to pixiv support to get it fixed. It happened again. I sent message to pixiv support and waiting for response. Until then I can't send message to anyone.
