「ダンジョン飯」より、マルシル・ドナトーです。
下着も履かずに、素足で地面にしゃがみ込んでいる彼女は、
ひどい便秘で非常に太い便を押し出そうともがいています。
それを押し出すために、肛門は信じられないほど大きく広がり、
排泄が終わると（モンスターの糞と間違えられるほど大きな）
大量の糞が残される。
というシーンのご指定でした。

This is an illustration I created based on a commission received via Skeb.
It’s Marcille Donato from *Delicious in Dungeon*.
Squatting barefoot on the ground without any underwear on,
she’s struggling to pass a very thick stool due to severe constipation.
To push it out, her anus stretches incredibly wide,
and once she’s finished (it’s so large it could be mistaken for a monster’s feces),
a massive pile of feces is left behind.
That was the scene requested.
For this PixivFANBOX post,
I’ve added a skirt and a version where she defecates into a toilet.
