Character is Burrini from Musashi (PS2). The setting is a forest from the game. Burrini is sleeping whle pregnant. She's sitting next to the big tree in the middle of stream meander. She's sleeping with a smile on her face, with her hands on her belly. Her belly is covered by her kimono garb.
