The beautiful crazy Ryoko Mendo torments Tobimaro Mizunokoji, her brother's friend/rival, since they were children, taking advantage of his physical ineptitude to make him suffer for her own amusement.
The poor guy suffered a lot from her and, because of her sadistic and mischievous personality, he tries to avoids the insane girl at all costs.
To further complicate matters, Ryoko claims to love him since forever. For this reason, she often orders her Kurokos to kidnap and carry him at her place, where she sexually harrasses him. Tobimaro is confused by the girl's attitude and can't understand if her feelings are honest or she just toys with him.
