Hello all, TD here. Coming at ‘ya with some totals:
All told, the next update sits at 1,868 statics images, 154 animations, and a total of 43,931 words. That works out to 253 static images, 13 animations, and 6,625 words added to the project over the past three weeks.
Not too shabby in terms of average, I think.
We’re closing in on ending the update; there is a single large scene left or a couple scenes, depending on how you mentally break it up. Currently I am battling how best to implement the finale into writing, and while I do that, GIL is looking into assets we’ll need to kick off week 4. That is to say, the ending is so close that he can taste it.
With that in mind, there’s still some road left for us to tread. The production work could very well be wrapped up over the next three weeks or it could spill over into another dev diary cycle, but a release inside of August would be the conservative guess.
