Updates on a couple of recent news stories.
Bodyslam.net reported this week that Sami Callihan has been working backstage in All Elite Wrestling. Callihan has been working on the production side of things after being let go by TNA Wrestling earlier this year. We're told it has been on a trial basis and it could end up leading to more if things go well.
Sinner & Saint were released by TNA Wrestling last week as well. Fightful Select confirmed that the duo of Travis Williams and Judas Icarus had asked for their releases and were granted them. A number of TNA sources claimed they were well liked, and many were surprised that they didn't get more opportunities on TNA TV.
Regarding Steve Maclin, we're told that there has at least been preliminary contact between he and All Elite Wrestling. However, we haven't learned much more than that or if a deal is coming any time soon.
