Sheamus is not yet a free agent.
Recently, Fightful Select reported that former WWE Champion Sheamus was set to become a free agent and was leaving WWE. We're told that Sheamus rejected a new, restructured deal and opted to leave the company. Initially, we were also told that it wasn't presented as an ultimatum as some other deals.
Since then, Fightful Select has learned that Sheamus remains under contract, and is set to become a free agent on October 1. We're not sure the circumstances around that, but it would match up with Sheamus having a 90 day termination period after officially rejecting the restructured deal.
