A mix of popular characters and rarely seen characters.
There was a record breaking amount of comments this time, I tried my very best while sifting through the comments. Some characters I intentionally left out like Tsunade, Sakura, Rimuru etc. Reason being they would likely win the top 5 spots, but this time around I really want to check out some other characters that I haven't made ever or at least in a long time.
I'll still make the popular characters, but in my own time, didn't wanna fill out the polls with TOP 25 WAIFUS >.< .
