I'm not feeling amazing today, so I don't know that I have the energy to say as much as I would like to right now. Not much of a description here; the basis for the workflow on this piece is in the title. The larger project will be announced soon once I get my thoughts together for it's "pitch".
I do however want to say thank you to my patrons here. Your growing support allows me to be a little more flexible with my time (like getting some of my "after-work" hours back for non-commissioned pieces). Because of that, I can do things like this and really push the boundaries of how I work and what I know while also bringing you new content that I think is interesting, and of course, well, probably what everyone signed up to see in the first place. For that I can't thank you enough!
The brush I made to draw AND paint this with will be made available to my patrons on here. It is a photoshop brush, but I'll do my best to describe its features in case any of you that are artists would like to emulate it in another program.
