Corlys returns to Driftmark, expecting a fight and potentially a fiery one, and so he is quite surprised when it turns out that Rhaenys is perfectly calm and seemingly happy. Unbeknownst to him, his wife has continued her affair with Jon, and when that affair proves to be more fruitful than the older woman could have ever imagined, it forces her to get very creative in handling her husband.
