So a mod for Radiance Cleaver… I had a lot of demands for that one! Although a great sadness it was to find out the glowing shaders can't be supressed on that weapon. Yeah, that's a heavy hit right here : it means that any mod would have to keep those shaders on and let's agree on the fact they are a significant part of this weapon's ugliness.But you know me, I couldn't give up since this is now my best sword for Calcharo and I believe we're a lot in the same boat right now! So I worked on that project for several afternoons and bit by bit I found ways to make it somewhat more digestible, far less ugly and then fairly accpetable. In the process I even managed to kill a few of those annoying shader effects but don't get too much carried away the big main ones are still unreachable. Then I finally packed several aesthetically pleasing possibilities depending of your mood or future characters to equip!
The striped yellow and black was inspired by one of my all-time favourite IP : warhammer 40k (chainsaw swords) if were wondering. The damascus steel ones have a special normalmap which gives it realistic reflections, that one was quite a tough to pull out. That's it, I hope you'll appreciate the changes and find a fitting solution for your eyes. Surely it's not what I originally had in mind but I believe this mod is still a cure for cancer and a nice upgrade! Cheers.
