In this update is added Italy+ (adding level 7).
Italy+ - added missing teams/cities/stadiums
added missing cups to Promozione (some regions have super cups or winner's cups that were missing)
changes how regional cups in Eccellenza and Promozione work that in case that they would have less than minimal number of teams, they should take enough teams from lower division
added Prima Categoria (level 7) - each region have their own fixtures (for example in Trentino there is a break from December to February which is not other regions), added playoffs/playouts to leagues (at least to those that have them), added deduction of points for teams
added Prima Categoria regional cups, I tried to replicate them as close as possible to the real ones (format, number of teams) but in some cases I had to change it little bit because of editor limitations
added Juniores Regionali U19, which are youth leagues for teams from Eccellenza/Promozione, it has 20 regional leagues with their own number of teams/formats, winner of each regional league play National stage for the title of the national champion, in some cases even temas from Prima Categoria can get a team in this competition (if in that region is not enough teams in those two leagues)
added regional U19 cups (there are only in some regions, not in all of them)
some changes in whole youth pyramid and how it works:
Serie A/B/C teams - Primavera 1-4 (U20 teams) + Italian U20 Primavera Cup/Super Cup
Serie D teams - Juniores Nazionali U19 (played with U20 teams)
Eccellenza/Promozione teams - Juniores Regionali U19 (played with U20 teams) + in some regions Regional Cup
Serie A/B/C teams - U18 Division 1/2reworked Italian Youth Club Invitational
