The Sims 4: Next Gen Save File (All Packs & Kits Required) *SAVE FILE UPDATE WILL RELEASE AUGUST 20TH*
Welcome to the all-new Sims 4 Next Gen save file! This fresh update completely transforms The Sims 4, offering a thrilling new gameplay experience. From revamped lore to exciting new characters, dive into a world filled with drama, hidden secrets, and endless possibilities. It's the perfect starting point for players ready to explore, create, and enjoy!
*SAVEFILE Version 2.0 WILL RELEASE AUGUST 20TH*
Steps:
1. You will need a fresh install of The Sims 4! As this contains 10,000+ cc, we don't want any potential conflicts/errors. To do this, go to: Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 and either move this folder into an external hard drive, or delete it entirely.
2. Once your game is uninstalled, reinstall it and open up the game. This will create a new Electronic Arts folder in your documents that's clean and up to date! While in the game head into the menu, go to 'settings > other > enable script mods and enable custom content. You also want to click the 'View custom content' tab and UNCHECK "Show at Startup". This will significantly fix load time when first launching the game!
3. Now that that's done you can close the game. Once the game is closed you want to head over to this link and follow the tutorial to install the g shade preset to get your game looking exactly like mine! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lGaQCZIhuv0&t=3s (Please follow ALL instructions!) DRAG MY GSHADE PRESET DOWN BELOW AND PLACE IN (Gshade Presets Folder)
4. Now you have the first 3 steps done, it's time to install my next gen save file with it's included CC! Download the files by clicking "The Sims 4 Next Gen", in the drop down menu you should see download
5. Once that's downloaded you can right click the on each file and click download (maxis match dlc first as it's the largest one.) You then want to open your Sims 4 Documents folder in another tab: Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4
6. Drag the content from the Mods & Maxis Match DLC Folder folder you downloaded to the Mods folder in the other tab and let it transfer the files. Once that's finished drag the "Slot_0000001a.save" file into the "saves" folder!
For Google Drive, if it downloads in parts, start from 001-024, rinse and repeat dragging content into The Sims 4 documents! DO NOT PUT THE SAVE FILE INSIDE THE MODS FOLDER
