and cycled the last video on into the H Cup! did something a bit different this time as the video is more perspective BE and does not use props, it puts pressure on my back and still limits me a bit to much to use them... almost though!
Glad to have been able to get something done though, with all the covid stuff and kids being home 24/7 it's made it an ordeal to get back to normal!
