DESCRIPTION
We've added two new events: When breaking a block and when using a shield!
We've also prevented particles from generating while in spectator mode, and they also won't appear in /vanish (currently compatible with PremiumVanish and SuperVanish)
The limit was increased from 3 to 5 FX per event!
