DESCRIPTION
One of my supporters reached out and after testing in-game, we discovered the issue causing female Sims’ heads to appear missing in CAS.
The conflict was caused by an older skin detail file called:
makeupskindetails 22082018.package
This file acts as a global skin override, which can conflict with existing CC and affect other Sims in your game, not just Eli & BK.
What to do:
Remove makeupskindetails 22082018.package from your Mods folder
Delete localthumbcache.package
Restart your game
Once removed, Sims should load normally again.
