Apologies, I was too late in March preparing reference material/writing for CoC page 17, so that will now come out later in April. In the meantime, we've got another look at an upcoming character & the next Lara outfit that she'll wear briefly at the end of the current scene: made makeshift from what she could find around the clinic - as Dom tore up the outfit she came in with, ofc.

Arthel Beckett - Age: 38, D.O.B March 2nd.
Arthel is one of Ioan Powell's top guys, working as a Senior Foreman for Hardwood Constructions Pty Ltd. He personally oversaw many of the Ashton Lake sites the company was hired to build. However, while recently back for a vacation in Hardwood, after reaching a significant project milestone, he found himself in legal trouble. Arthel was arrested for alleged drug use & possession, along with the alleged assault of H.C.P.D. Officer - Sergeant Madeline Maythorn.
Arthel maintains his innocence, claiming he was framed, despite the damning evidence against him. According to Ioan, Arthel is the only person to have witnessed any evidence of a supposed secret construction beneath Hardwood City that, if real, would constitute a breach of the exclusivity contract between Hardwood Constructions & Fertile Womb Industries.
Knowing his man well, & having no doubt in his mind that the charges are bogus, Ioan recently enlisted the service of Associate Attorney Lara Wells to head up Arthel's defense case(among other duties) after running into a wall with his company's previous legal representation which he believes to be in F.W.I.'s pocket.
Arthel has received a shot of F.E.S. (Fertility Enhancement Serum) due to the working partnership between Hardwood Constructions & F.W.I. As such, he is currently being held in one of the specially reinforced cells for enhanced convicts at the Hardwood City Correctional Center while awaiting his day in court...
