More ARC info

For those of you getting ARC (Advanced Reader Copies) the email will be coming from: [email protected]. Also some caveats: This is a one download per link. Which means you can't put it on your computer and your phone. Bookfunnel is cross platform but that means it strips out some of the formatting, so it won't look as nice as the actual kindle version, but you can put it on everything!
