This is a thing I've started doing recently - I kind of just call them stream of consciousness comics - where I just freehand a bunch of drawings and panels of characters interacting and try to string them together to form a scene. It's a lot of fun, a lot of work, and an interesting challenge... one thing I'm trying to push more with my work is more character interaction.
Here is a scene of Brody... well, being Brody, I suppose. His ego is very large, and deserved generally. He dominates most situations he finds himself in, and is used to being at the top of everything, the best in show, etc. He takes great pride in his hotness and lives for the attention it gets from anyone. Buck is much more grounded, honestly, like any boy he enjoys attention and validation, and he knows he's hot, has no shame about his chunkiness... but is less assertively trying to make everyone see why he is the best. He's much more the 'normal' guy you don't have to worry about, while Brody is an agent of chaos.
Just a fun, silly little interaction between the two. I imagine Brody ping pongs between resentment that Buck has what he thinks should be HIS position on the team, and a silent, begrudging respect. This is also, funnily enough, not the first instance of Brody trying to hurl him across a room in retaliation...
