Move the file into the Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2024/Editor data folder. This file can be opened with the pre-game editor and also used to setup a custom save on FM24 with the leagues you prefer. When using the FMF file its important that you select the Football Manager 24.3.0 database and Not the Default FM database.
