you did a hard thing today. for some people saying no doesn't feel like much. it's important though, it''s protecting yourself. you felt like you were disappointing people but you were really honoring yourself. it's hard to see the difference from the inside. but out here looking at you, i'm so proud of you for putting yourself first. it wasn't easy but it was what you needed to do for you.
