Get ready to visit Trix at her apartment for the first time. And should you run into any bugs while you're there (or anywhere else), you can now report them using a brand new in-game bug report feature.
The bug reporter can be accessed using the same "bug" button, but it's nothing like the old Google Forms-based one. It auto-collects your game version, current passage, browser, OS, and in-game day, so you don't have to type any of that out yourself. You pick a category (bug, typo, feedback, or suggestion), describe the issue, and it can attach your save file so I can reproduce the problem from your exact position.
After submitting, you get a report ID you can use to track its status. You can check back on your reports anytime, see whether they're being investigated or have been fixed, and even leave follow-up comments. If you're playing offline or the submission doesn't go through, there's an export option that saves everything to a JSON file you can send me manually.
I know that some of you don't like me spending time on anything bug playable content, but a good bug reporting system can save me a lot of time that I would otherwise spend tracking down issues, which means more time actually writing the game. The fact that it can automatically create a save file and upload it to my server is something I wish I had from day one.
