You work at a maternity ward, and the gameplay is triaging different pregnant women in different scenarios!

Our submission style is going to change slightly our theme Maternity Ward this month... :o

Everyone will still submit 1 character like usual, however we will choose the top 3 highest liked waifus from different series'/ universes/ etc to optimize our experience of different types of waifu pregnancies! The more unrelated, the better! ^_^

10 + 25 Characters will get to submit an additional character later on! (Will make a specific post for that). The character they submit here will automatically make the final round! We might be creating some sub-categories at that time depending on the waifus we get as well~

Rei Update - This being my second rather extravagant interactive dialog, my engines are starting to cool down a bit... (And so close to the finish line😭) I've just been easing this one in while I get things going with Darkness from Konosuba as well, our lines from Shenny have been nothing less than awesome in her likeness for Darkness, just thought I would share a little sample~ (Warning it's a little loud ;)
